Privacy policy
Your pages stay on your device.
PageCarry converts pages to PDF entirely on your device. Content extraction, layout and PDF rendering never send page content anywhere. There are no accounts and no ads.
Network access, exhaustively
- Images on the page you clip. If image embedding is enabled, PageCarry fetches the page's own images to place them in your PDF.
- Calibration report — opt-in only and temporary. During the launch period, PageCarry asks once whether you want to help set a possible future free tier fairly. The choice defaults to off. If you opt in, the extension sends one aggregate usage range per month.
The calibration report contains only a schema version, a clip-count range and the extension version. It contains no user ID, page URLs, page content or exact clip timestamps. The ranges are: 0, 1–5, 6–15, 16–30, 31–60, 61–100 and 100+. Requests omit credentials and referrers.
The endpoint is https://pdfclipper-calibration.tigrandza.workers.dev/ping. It is hosted on Cloudflare Workers and stores only totals for each range and extension version in Cloudflare D1. Our Worker does not store IP addresses, headers, cookies or individual reports. Cloudflare necessarily handles the network connection to deliver the request. Request logging and Logpush are disabled. There is no public endpoint for reading the totals.
There is no payment, subscription or license-activation request in the launch build. If a paid model is introduced later, this policy will be updated before any new request ships.
What stays on your device
Your settings, monthly clip count, review-prompt count, opt-out choice and a bounded diagnostic log stay in browser storage. Selected settings and mirrored state use Chrome profile sync and can follow you to another signed-in computer. Page text, page URLs and browsing history are never stored in the diagnostic log.
The local clip count is bookkeeping, not analytics. It is never transmitted unless you explicitly enable the aggregate calibration report described above.
Bundled code and fonts
Executable code and PDF fonts ship inside PageCarry. The extension does not download remote code, Google Fonts, CDN scripts or converter software.
This website
PageCarry's public website uses no analytics, advertising, accounts or cookies. Cloudflare serves the website and necessarily processes ordinary connection data to deliver it. PageCarry does not add application logs or visitor tracking.
Your choices
You can leave calibration disabled, turn it off later, clear local settings by removing the extension, and use PageCarry without an account. See Support for help.
